1. Using the library

Rahnuma eBooks Library provides free and discounted ebooks for personal, non-commercial reading. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

2. Accounts

You're responsible for keeping your password secure and for anything that happens under your account. Give us accurate information when you register. We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms.

For your security: we will never send you a "verification" email asking you to re-enter your password or click a link to confirm your password. If you receive an email like that claiming to be from us, it isn't -- don't click it, and please report it to us via Feedback.

3. Acceptable use

When using this site, you agree not to:

• Upload or link to content you don't have the right to share, or that infringes someone else's copyright
• Upload malicious files, or attempt to bypass our malware scanning
• Post reviews or comments that are spam, abusive, threatening, or unlawful
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, the admin panel, or the underlying systems
• Scrape, bulk-download, or republish the catalog in a way that overloads the service or repackages it as your own
• Use the site for any purpose that's illegal in your jurisdiction

Violations of this section may be reported to the relevant authorities, and legal action may be pursued against violators under the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act (PECA) with Pakistan's National Cyber Crime Investigation Agency (NCCIA).

4. Uploaded & linked content

If you upload a book or submit an external link, you confirm you have the right to share it, and you understand our editors review submissions before they're published. We may use or decline to use anything you submit, and may remove it later if it turns out to violate these terms or someone's copyright. See our Copyright Notice page to report infringing content.

This site is not intended for bulk or automated uploading. We expect fair, reasonable use from individual readers -- please limit your uploads to a collective maximum of 1GB across your account. If you have a larger collection you'd like to contribute, contact us via Feedback first.

5. Reviews & ratings

Reviews are moderated before publication and must be your own genuine opinion of the book. We may reject or remove a review for any reason, including spam, abuse, or policy violations.

6. No warranty

The site and its content are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We don't guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of any book or feature.

7. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
