Mubashir Nazir

Mubashir Nazir (born August 15, 1974) is a contemporary Pakistani Islamic scholar, financial auditor, and author known for his modern, rationalist, and non-sectarian approach to religious education and research. Uniquely balancing a corporate financial career with intensive Islamic scholarship, he holds advanced secular qualifications including an MBA and fellowships in corporate auditing (ACCA, CISA, CIA) alongside a traditional Dars-e-Nizami classical training and an Advanced Certification in Islamic Jurisprudence. He is the founder of the popular educational platform MubashirNazir.org, a digital hub hosting extensive learning modules. His research spans across Quranic studies, Hadith criticism, historical travelogues, and personality development, but he is most highly recognized for his structured Quranic Arabic Program and his objective comparative studies exploring Muslim sects. He has authored dozens of widely read Urdu books—most notably Quran aur Bible ke Des main ("In the Land of the Quran and the Bible") and his multi-volume linguistic courses. Operating largely online and across the South Asian diaspora, his academic methodology provides a practical, empirically driven framework aimed at eradicating sectarian polarization and popular religious myths.
