Gosht Khori Jaiz Ya Najaiz by DR ZAKIR NAIK

About Author:

Dr. Zakir Naik (born Zakir Abdul Karim Naik; October 18, 1965) is a highly prominent and globally recognized Indian Islamic preacher, televangelist, and orator who is universally celebrated for his extensive expertise in comparative religion. Born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, he followed a family background in science and medicine, successfully earning his Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) degree from the University of Mumbai. However, inspired deeply by the renowned South African orator Sheikh Ahmed Deedat, he transitioned completely from a medical career to religious propagation in 1991, founding the Islamic Research Foundation (IRF) and later launching Peace TV—the world's largest religious satellite television network.

Dr. Naik is globally distinct for his unique, highly structured, and evidence-driven preaching style. Delivering his public lectures primarily in English while wearing a formal Western suit and tie, he utilizes an exceptional photographic memory to quote extensively from the Quran, Hadith, and various non-Islamic scriptures—including the Bible, Torah, Gita, and Mahabharata. He approaches complex theological concepts through the lens of modern scientific facts, logic, and rational deduction. His vast body of published work consists largely of booklet transcriptions of his most monumental lectures, such as *Is the Qur'an God's Word?*, *Answers to Non-Muslims' Common Questions*, and *Concept of God in Major Religions*. He has received numerous international accolades for his services to Islam, most notably Saudi Arabia’s highest civilian honor, the King Faisal International Prize, in 2015. Since 2016, following legal investigations and charges by Indian authorities—which he has consistently denied as politically motivated—he has been residing in Malaysia, where he holds permanent residency status.
