Soon, he must help protect their home from terrifying enemies called Hollow gasts.This has to be one of my favorite movies of all time, and I've seen a whole lot of movies. Please bare in mind that I have never read any of the books that the movie is based on, so if you're a huge fan of the books, there's not much I can do for you. The movie starts out a bit slow, as many other reviews have talked about, but that pacing works as it steadily quickens as the story moves on. It really takes you on an emotional roller coaster in a surprising and unique way. I fell in love with each character and their special peculiarities and it's not hard to imagine yourself being in Jake's shoes, seeing through his eyes what is taking place.
