Hadith scholars have expressed doubts about authenticity of this collection and if it actually is from Ibn Abbas R.A. based on critical studies in 'Usool Al-Hadith' which has found many narrations in this to be weak (Reference: Dr. Bilal Philips lecture recordings on Usool Al Hadith at IOU).
There are a couple of important points that are required to be kept in mind.
1. English translation provided above is from Aal-Al Bayt Foundation which is not a shia organization and is run by Government of Jordan.
2. As explained above, authenticity of this tafsir's attribution to Ibn Abbas R.A. is not authenticated. Advice should be sought from authentic Islamic scholar with regards to this matter.
